When can I apply for admission?

We receive applications throughout the school year, subject to availability in the requested grade. We recommend starting early, from January to March, especially for the start of a new academic year.

Can my child join during the school year?

Yes, subject to availability in the corresponding grade.

Every student has a unique adjustment process. Families of students admitted later in the year commit to supporting their children's catch-up work for a successful transition:

  1. A work plan will be provided so the student can catch up on topics already covered.
  2. If necessary, external academic tutoring will be recommended, at the family's expense.
  3. After-school reteaching sessions will be arranged, subject to validation and authorization by the vice-principals.

What are the requirements for international students?

Consult the document submission section. Please also keep the following requirements in mind:

  • Academic reports must be apostilled in the country of origin.
  • These reports must be validated by Colombia's Ministry of National Education.
  • Reports issued in a language other than Spanish must be translated.
  • The student's passport must be provided.
  • A visa authorizing the student's stay in the country must also be provided.

At what age can children enter the school?

Our bilingual education begins in Pre-Kinder and continues through grade 12. Children can apply at the following ages:

  • Pre-Kinder: 4 years old before June 30.
  • Kinder: 5 years old before June 30.
  • First grade: 6 years old before June 30.

What does it mean to be on the waiting list?

Being on the waiting list does not guarantee a place. It means that, although you have applied, there are currently no places available in the requested grade.

If a place becomes available, we will contact you so you can continue the process.

When is the regular enrollment period?

As a Calendar B school, our academic year runs from August to June. Regular enrollment takes place near the end of the school year over a three-week period, generally beginning in the last week of May.

How can I request an academic certificate?

Academic certificates are requested directly through our online certificates portal.

  • Each certificate costs $15,000 COP.
  • Payment can be made directly on the website.
  • Delivery takes 5 to 7 working days after the request and confirmation of payment.
