Learning support
Optimal Match Center (OMC)
From Nursery through grade 12, OMC supports students' social, emotional and academic needs. Its SEL curriculum builds essential competencies, while strategies for different learning styles help students develop their strengths and reach their potential. Classroom adjustments and accommodations make learning meaningful. The center combines assessment and intervention within a prevention system to reduce academic and behavioral difficulties and maximize student performance.
Early childhood intervention
Offered in Nursery and Preschool, this service provides additional instruction and practice for students who need it to achieve their goals. It focuses on English and mathematics, strengthens learning opportunities and helps prevent future academic difficulties. Intervention takes place inside or outside the classroom according to each student's needs.
Response to Intervention (RTI)
RTI supports different levels of readiness. Teachers use scaffolded activities so all students can develop essential understanding, knowledge and skills at different levels of complexity.
