Grand opening of the Bilingual Kid’s Korner Nursery School
Cambio de nombre a American Korner Learning Center.
Los propietarios (Priscilla Ruiz de Vergara y su esposo, Henry Vergara Munárriz) decidieron seguir creciendo como una escuela desde PK hasta 12º grado.
La guardería, las crecientes secciones de primer y segundo grado, SE MUDAN a la nueva ubicación ubicada en Cra. 50 # 79-136.
Ampliación del nuevo local de alquiler de la casa contigua en el domicilio Cra. 50 # 79-136.
Adquisición del terreno para la construcción del nuevo campus rural.
Aprobación del ministerio de educación como centro de educación preescolar, primaria y secundaria.
Inicio de construcción del nuevo campus rural ubicado en el km 10 carretera a Puerto Colombia.
Cambio de nombre a Altamira International School.

AISMUN XV – Altamira has been developing an annual national Model United Nations conference since 2005. The model is a simulation where students represent diplomats from UN member countries and discuss issues of global concern.
