On August 8th, our school had the honor to host one of the most exciting innovative events of the year, the World Robot Olympiad Colombia 2025, in collaboration with the Centro Nacional Colombo Alem\u00e1n, Fundaci\u00f3n Conecta, and Fundaci\u00f3n Grupo Altamira.<\/p>\n

This 5th edition of the event brought together talented teams from schools, academies and other educational institutes across the country, all of them showcasing their skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities through robotic projects. Participants embraced the challenge of designing, building, and programming these robots to tackle real-world problems, demonstrating not only technical expertise but also teamwork and perseverance.<\/p>\n

The World Robot Olympiad Colombia 2025 was more than just a robotics competition, it was about empowering young minds to see themselves as problem-solvers and global citizens. The Homecoming was nothing short of spectacular! Our Seniors stole the show with their epic performance, embracing the theme from Guardians of the Galaxy.<\/p>\n\n

From the moment they stepped onto the stage, they brought energy, excitement, and creativity, showing everyone what it means to be a true guardian of our Altamira community. The costumes, the choreography, the spirit\u2014everything was out of this world!<\/p>\n\n

We\u2019re so proud of our Seniors for making this Homecoming unforgettable and for leading the way as we celebrate 32 incredible years together. Here\u2019s to the stars of today and the bright future ahead!<\/p>\n\n
